Cesar Almeida, CEO
Cesar is a Northwestern University graduate from the School of Education and Social Policy, where he concentrated in Radio/Television/Film. His experience with media production, cultural sustainability, and environmental conservation in collaboration with non-profits, government, and charitable organizations informs his work. As a leader, Cesar blends his creative arts background with a commitment to entrepreneurship and cultural sustainability, making Creative Capitol a transformative platform for artists and organizations.
Media Team
Creative Capitol works with a variety of visual creatives to provide videography, photography, and video editing services. Michael is a director of photography and filmmaker that graduated from Loyola University. Isaiah, owner of 630fficial is the production manager and drone operator at Creative Capitol. Lily, a Loyola University graduate, is a phenomenal filmmaker and cinematographer with Creative Capitol. Bradley is a community videographer based on the Southside and Westside of Chicago. Our visual team works together to provide reliable and high quality visual services for Creative Capitol partners and community programs. Creative Capitol works with additional visual artists that assists our partners achieve their story telling needs.
Communication Associates
Creative Capitol works with a variety of marketing and communication associates to provide social media, email campaigns, blog writing, and website design. Lauren is a creative and strategic communicator and storyteller–with experience in freelance environmental journalism, public relations, climate change communications, community organizing and non-profit organizations. Yuhan is a purpose-driven marketer with a focus on data-driven insights and consumer behavior. She completed her Masters degree in Integrated Marketing Communications at Northwestern University this December and specializes in branding and media, developing consumer-centric strategies that drive results and resonate globally.
Production Assistants
Creative Capitol works with a variety of production assistants to assist our media team and marketing associates achieve storytelling needs. Many of our production assistants specialize in community-centered journalism, interviewing, and media production. Creative Capitol works with production assistants to ensure a sustainable, reliable, and organized experience for our partners. Tiara is a creative journalist with a passion for making people feel through storytelling via written and visual productions. Carlson is a dedicated media analyst adept at developing and optimizing online advertising campaigns across various digital
platforms.
